Chief Marketing Officer

This is not a traditional CMO role. This is a high-intensity operator role with full commercial accountability. We are hiring a high-potential individual — not for past titles, but for demonstrated capability and trajectory.
This is a selective hire for someone who can combine commercial execution, category thinking, and system building at a high level.
The Role
Your mission is to make marketing a measurable EBIT driver.
• Own the full funnel: traffic → revenue → gross margin
• Build a data-driven, AI-enabled demand engine
• Improve conversion quality and revenue per store
• Eliminate low-ROI activities
• Operate in fast, weekly execution cycles You will also own category, message, and positioning — ensuring all communication drives commercial impact.
