Store Director, Notting Hill

As the Store Manager for Hästens in West London, you will serve as a master in customer experience in our prestigious luxury brand’s retail environment. You’ll play a vital role in driving profitability and growth. Simultaneously, you will serve as a role model for your team of Sales Associates, inspiring them to meet and exceed our high expectations. This role blends leadership, sales acumen, and a passion for luxury products to drive success and uphold the brand’s esteemed reputation.
We are looking for a unique individual who is more of an entrepreneur than the typical Store Manager and who really is a star at networking and building relationships B2C and B2B. Since this is your preferred working style, we trust that you already have a ‘black book’ of existing clients.
Your deliverables
- Consistently meet goals and manage the store’s budget efficiently.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with VIP clients.
- Lead and develop the store team, ensuring high performance and low employee turnover.
- Act as a brand ambassador, plan and execute in-store events, and engage with the local community to enhance brand presence.
- Implement effective loss prevention strategies and ensure the store adheres to safety standards.

Experience and requirements
- At least 5 years’ work experience in luxury retail sales.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and managing a diverse team of employees, with a focus on motivation and performance improvement.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Extensive experience in delivering exceptional customer service, preferably with high-profile or VIP clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage daily store operations, including inventory control, budgeting, and visual merchandising.
- Demonstrated success in B2C with solid negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and comfortable working with CRM systems, with a preference for proficiency in Salesforce.
- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Proven ability to plan strategically to achieve sales objectives.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Able to travel to Sweden for training.
- Fluent in English.
- Hold a valid driving license.
