Seeking a Client Relationship Executive to help us not only grow our business, but also to help grow our brand so that we can bring the best sleep in the world to more and more people.

Position Overview:

We are on a mission to improve people’s quality of life and in doing so, we are looking for Partnerships Executive  for Hästens based in London. 

The role of Client Relationship Executive serves as the face and ambassador of the brand locally for a Hästens store. They are responsible for managing and handling activities such as communications, events, and content creation for clients, network and community locally. The Partnership Executive has a network of contacts and entrepreneurial way of working. The goal is that all activities should lead to increased sales for the local store.

This position will report to Sales Manager, UK.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The role of Client Relationship Executive serves as the face and ambassador of the brand locally for a Hästens store. They are responsible for managing and handling activities such as communications, events, and content creation for clients, network and community locally. The Client Relationship Executive has a network of contacts and entrepreneurial way of working. The goal is that all activities should lead to increased sales for the local store.

 

Experience and Requirements:

  • Knowledge and passion for luxury brands
  • A natural relationship builder
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple projects/events at one time, and consistently meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and resourceful – sees a need and creates a solution
  • Sales driven, goal oriented, and have a passion for the client experience
  • Flexibility of working hours
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must understand the mindset of a luxury clientele
  • Prior sales experience working with relationship-based sales is preferred
  • Experience executing events across varying audiences, segments and channels
  • Education in event management, marketing, communications or business preferred
  • Understanding and Interest in using social media in order to strengthen brands and products
  • Experience of new business development 
  • Well networked in the local community
