About the Role:
As our E-Commerce Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Hästens' Omni channel retail experience. You will strategize, develop, and execute our e-commerce vision, ensuring a seamless and luxurious online shopping experience that reflects our brand's heritage and values. This is a unique opportunity to blend traditional craftsmanship with modern technology, driving growth and expanding our global reach.
• Develop and implement an omni-channel strategy to enhance brand presence and sales.
• Manage and optimize the online product catalog, ensuring all product information, pricing, and promotions are up-to-date and aligned with our brand standards.
• Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics, utilizing insights to optimize site navigation, content, and marketing strategies.
• Oversee the customer online shopping experience from navigation through to checkout and post-purchase follow-up, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, and product teams to create engaging online content, including product descriptions, blogs, and digital campaigns.
• Monitor and manage e-commerce budget, forecasting sales, and ROI from digital channels.
• Stay abreast of e-commerce trends and technologies, applying best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the luxury goods or furniture sectors.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinker with a customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional online shopping experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proficient in English; proficiency in Swedish is an advantage.
