Seeking a Sales Developer to help us not only grow our business, but also to help grow our brand so that we can bring the best sleep in the world to more and more people.
Position Overview:
Hästens is growing extensively both on the retail side and on the partner side. This implies that the training- and development efforts, for in-store Sale Associates targeting bed buyers (retail) and New Business Developers targeting Hästens’ business partners (to open partner stores), need to become both accelerated and solidified.
Hästens aspires to have >400 added partner stores globally in the upcoming three years = a 400 % growth in points of sales. This will be enabled by >100 New Business Developers. For obvious reasons >400 added partner stores will also imply a massive number of in-store Sales Associates.
Hence Hästens would like to hire sales developers that will become instrumental in supporting Hästens’ New Business Developers and Sales Associates to become more effective in their respective roles.
Sales Developer will be accountable for:
- Partner revenue development per annum for New Business Developers.
- Enhanced closing rate, average ticket size and NPS-rate (based on buying experience) for in-store Sales Associates.
Sales Developers will be responsible for:
- Deliver sales training to New Business Developers and Sales Associates.
- Develop, design and continuously improve sales training material.
- Develop, design and continuously improve sales tools (processes, models, questions, checklists etc.) that is supportive for sales people.
- Deliver coaching sessions, and other equivalent development activities) to sales people and -managers (incl. store managers).
