Since the late 1980s Hästens has been on an immense growth journey increasing the annual revenue from 3 MEUR to over 100 MEUR. In the last years we’ve been pacing + 30 % CAGR and we’re now entering hypergrowth mode.
Who are you?
- You have significant experience selling high priced items (products or services with deal values of +3 MUSD) to B2B-customers.
- A top-grade business student, manifested by a bachelors or masters degree.
- You have entrepreneurial skills and experience acquired by being a company founder and/or successful sales work.
- You are regarded as being an excellent, empathic and curious listener.
- You’re on a mission in life that goes way beyond an ordinary life.
- You are, or are on your way to become, a true professional regarding reaching out to people and doing business.
- You are typically regarded as being very street-smart.
What will be your responsibility?
- You will sell Hästens beds to B2B customers in your designated geographical area; primarily directly to hotels or real estate investors and -developers and to channels like interior designers and/or -architects.
- You will build your business in your designated geographical area (including the team around you) and you will be able to accumulate wealth corresponding to business growth over time.
- You will have the full commercial responsibility for growing Hästens’ B2B-segment in your designated geographical area, with strong backing from Hästens’ central teams within supply chain, finance, marketing and training.
Key tasks
- Identify and engage with potential Hästens B2B-customers, converting them into large scale buyers of Hästens beds.
- Collaborate with Hästens’ retail stores and Hästens’ partners, identifying and engaging with potential B2B-customers.
- Closely collaborate with Hästens’ central teams and/or with the teams you establish over time in your area.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with B2B-customers, Hästens’ retail and Hästens’ partners.
- Grow your team by recruiting more people (more B2B Growth Agents, trainers, customer service staff etc.) in synchronization with business growth in your area.
Requirements
- Skilled with data analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and planning.
- Able to travel a great deal (at least 60%) throughout your area, and every now and again to-and-from the main office in Köping, Sweden.
- Excellence verbal and written communications skills in English and any other language (we can be flexible on where to place you depending on language skills).
