About the role

As SaaS Sales Agent in Hästens, you will lead the sales of Hästens Digital Tools to all existing and future Hästens partners globally, in cooperation with Hästens global Business Development team, the Marketing team and the Digital Support team in Amsterdam.

You will be responsible to establish a sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities for Hästens Digital Tools within the frame of Hästens partners. You will be responsible for the development of proposals and presentations to existing and new business prospects to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.

As SaaS Sales Agent your focus will be to drive the implementation of the Hästens Digital Tools to existing and future partners and their business together with them. In your role you will identify partner’s needs, building a short/medium/long-term implementation and training plan in accordance with targets.

As SaaS Sales Agent you will assist digital marketing strategies together with the Marketing team and the Business Development team to achieve strategic goals of the company.

As SaaS Sales Agent you facilitate sales for Hästens partners and Hästens and you will always make sure you will be a Hästens representative in all possible ways and meet our world-class standard. This position will report to the Global WS manager.

Skills and requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business management or equal.

Proven successful track record in B2B sales and negotiations

Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, budgeting and proven ability to plan and manage resources.

3+ years’ experience working with sales techniques.

Market knowledge, selling to customers need and great presentation skills.

Position is based in Sweden or in Amsterdam but will require great amount of international travel.

Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.

Being professional and meet sales goals with a high level of energy.

Strong motivation for making sales, adaptive and flexible to new “ways of working”.

Planning, prospecting and closing skills in terms of sales.

Act according to Hästens Blue-check values.
