Join us during a time of exciting worldwide expansion! In this role within our Talent Attraction function, you will primarily support the function in a myriad of ways including sourcing and pre-screening (active and passive candidates), scheduling, job postings, interviews, reference checking, promoting the company’s recruitment brand, collaborations with universities, preparing and maintaining reports, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data inputting, and other ad hoc recruitment-driven projects and people practices, depending on the recruiting volume at any given time. Hästens is in a high-growth phase as a company, so this position will be pivotal in supporting the global teams responsible for executing the organizational growth.

Support the company’s growth, represent Hästens’ brand and coordinate recruitment and people practices

  • Provide efficiency in sourcing Swedish and international, diverse, high-calibre, high energy, and dynamic talents to the company.
  • Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
  • Contact current and past applicants for job opportunities
  • Facilitate the recruitment process through meetings with managers, interviews and coordination (across time-zones), managing pre and post logistics and administration. 
  • Craft or update job descriptions and adverts
  • Ensure all Stakeholder Assessments are input in a timely manner in Teamtailor and ATS management.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment & Talent Manager to prioritize and close requisitions against a timeline and demonstrate the ability to hit metrics. 
  • Serve as brand ambassador improving the candidate experience and find potential partnerships.
  • Promote the company’s recruitment brand through active participation in job fairs, conferences, partnership development with universities and other networking and marketing events.
  • In collaboration with another team member, create and update Open Positions Report on a weekly basis and ad hoc reports, and recruitment/HR presentations.
  • Support in other areas, special projects and people practices within general HR when needed.
  • Support in building a better career site etc.

Experience and other requirements

• Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruitment Coordinator or similar roles

• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques

• Prior experience in a high-volume full-cycle talent and recruitment function 

• In-house or Agency background 

• LinkedIn Recruiter Maven (posting and direct-sourcing)

• ATS experience

• Excellent at capturing and delivering data and metrics

• Proficient in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)

• Knowledge of Outlook

• Proficient in Apple-based applications, particularly Keynote

• Bachelor’s Degree 

Requirements

• Able to work from home (Stockholm) and in headquarters located in Köping when needed

• Flexible to support in other areas within the Talent Attraction Function if needed

• Global/International Experience 

• Excellent verbal, written (Swedish and English) and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work across CET, US & Canada Eastern, Central, and Pacific Time Zones
